How to Mount Point Counter

• Attach the point counter to the rotating stage by inserting guide pins (1) into the holes (2) on rotating stage.
• Tighten the set screw (3) by supplied Allen wrench (4). In case the set screw is hidden. move the point counter back or forward by turning counting knob (5). so that the set screw (3) coincides with female threads on the rotating stage.
• When putting or changing counting knob (5). be sure to put it in order to engage the detent inside the knob cap
• Then. put specimen on the stage and hold it with finger (6)
