HD9500M- 4MP High End , Back illuminated sCmos camera, 2” CMOS chip, Monochrome 2048 x 2048, Peltier Class 11(-10 °C), 25fps (2048 x 2048)@ 16 bit. USB 3.0 with USB 3.0 cable, lab View (Matlab/ ImageJ/Capture Software, Windows/Linux/ Mac Compatible M 42-T mount/ C”mount . Meiji Techno marked it’s ascendancy into the upper echelon of scientific camera suppliers with the launch of the HD9500M, a 2K x 2K, 50fps sCMOS camera with a world beating quantum efficiency of 95% at 580nm. Featuring a read noise of 1.3e, this camera represents the first real challenge to EMCCD cameras, but with a much higher resolution. With an 11um pixel, this camera is a great fit in super resolution and high speed confocal systems, enabling higher level of productivity than previously possible.
Meiji Techno America releases the flagship of the HD series scientific CMOS (sCMOS) cameras: HD9500M Monochrome model, which represents a significant breakthrough in advanced imaging technology. Featuring an all-new back-illuminated CMOS sensor, The HD9500M model delivers extraordinarily high quantum efficiency, making it the most sensitive life science sCMOS camera in the world. The HD9500M model has the advantages of extremely low noise, high dynamic range, high frame rate and so on. It is well suited for ultra-low light detection, high dynamic range and high speed imaging applications, providing solutions for machine vision, life science, astronomy, etc.
HD9500 with 2K x 2K resolution, 11um square pixel and readout noise of only 1.3 electrons, represents a viable alternative to EMCCD based cameras.
With 100,000 electron full well capacity and 93dB dynamic range, the HD9500 provides excellent image quality in high contrast applications, at up to 35fps full frame over USB 3.0 and greater than 100fps at 1K x 1K resolution. Dark noise is minimized through -25° cooling of the hermetic sensor chamber.
“This new release of the HD9500 will result in Meiji Techno high sensitivity sCMOS being used in many more applications than previously anticipated. This is indicative of the current industry trend which shows the highest sensitivity sCMOS cameras pushing the limits and exceeding the performance of high end CCD and EMCCD cameras.
The world's only 95% QE scientific CMOS sensor
This increase in quantum efficiency over existing sensors further improves the absolute response threshold of HD9500M to 1.3 photons, making it the most sensitive sCMOS camera in the world. The HD9500M has a powerful capacity for photon counting.
