Cell Dynamics Software
Get your results faster. Meiji SVCell comes with several default application recipes for general image analysis purposes. All you need to do is pick the image and the recipe to run. Let Meiji SVCell handle the image processing tasks so you have more time for your experiments.
Meiji Cell Dynamics includes RS Base Module, Cell Tracking recipe, Nuclei Tracking recipe, Cell Proliferation recipe, Filament Tracking recipe, Overlap Analysis and Colocalization software, Particle Tracking recipe, Phase Cell Tracking recipe.
Nuclei Tracking recipe
The Nuclei Tracking recipe detects nuclei and tracks both their movement and their division in fluorescence time-lapse sequences. The recipe follows the nuclei as they undergo division and adjusts processing accordingly, providing improved split detection for cell migration and lineage studies.
Cell Tracking recipe
Cell migration in response to external stimulus is a fundamental biological process. The Cell Tracking recipe detects cell regions and tracks the motion of individual cells over time. Specialized cell types and fluorophores are not required.
Cell Proliferation recipe
The Cell Proliferation recipe for Meiji SVCell RS measures the change in cell confluency over time in phase contrast time-lapse sequences. The recipe accurately detects cell regions with our patented image recognition technology that works on any cell line at any magnification.
Filament Tracking recipe
The Filament Tracking recipe in Meiji SVCell detects the leading edge of actin filaments in gliding assays and track the motion of the leading edge over time. The recipe enhances the filament shape and provides a comprehensive suite of measurements on filament motility
Particle Tracking recipe
The Particle Tracking recipe for SVCell RS tracks the complex motion of particles inside and outside the cell. The recipe uses our unique Soft Tracking technology to provide great tracking performance. You can easily optimize the recipe for your application.
Phase Cell Tracking recipe
The Phase Cell tracking recipe enhances image contrast for segmentation and tracks cell movement in phase contrast time-lapse images. The recipe provides tracking and morphological information about the cells to help your analysis.
