The Mecmesin HelixaPro Touch is a precision torque tester controlled by the included touchscreen console running VectorPro software. The HelixaPro is designed for challenging applications where torque forces may be very small, and accuracy is the priority.

The HelixaPro provides precision alignment between the torque sensor and drive motor. Combined with a counterbalanced crosshead to eliminate the weight of a grip, it ensures optimum accuracy and repeatability particularly when testing at extremely low torque. The tester is easy to use and, when combined with application-specific fixturing (sold separately), it is an ideal solution for measuring torque from 1 mN.m to 6 N.m.

The compact design of the HelixaPro testers and their ease-of-use for measuring small, sensitive components appeals to users whatever their skill or experience level is. The precision torque tester is ideal for use in QC and R&D laboratories.
