U-Form Vice Grip, Double Action, 5 kN, 106 mm Opening, QC-20 Fitting
A U-form Vice Grip provides free adjustment of both jaws, allowing them to be aligned around the central axis to accommodate tensile testing of both symmetrical and asymmetrical specimens.
The ‘U-Form’ cut into the aluminum body of these Vice Grips creates the space for an operator to have specimen material below the jaws thereby facilitating loading and removal when testing.
Rated to 5 kN in tension with an opening of 0-106mm depending on the jaw types selected (sold separately).
