Poor quality

In the first kit I purchased, out of the five different sized shafts, only two had a o-ring in the slotted end to enable valve cores to be held and lifted out! The missing o-rings prevent valve cores from being picked up so after trying many times and losing some refrigerant, I called Mastercool and spoke to Technical Support and was told basically there should be o-rings in the slotted ends of the shafts to allow pickup of the valve cores. The valve core I need to remove happens to need one of the shafts that has a missing o-ring.

Update: I ordered another kit and have the same problem! I called Mastercool and spoke to Technical Support again and after a long time on the phone, I spoke to a Manager and she said something like she would see if something could be done about the issue. So a week later, I still cannot replace a leaking valve core and the Manager has not contacted me to let me know what they are going to do or how long this will take!

They have POOR quality control.
