Instant component bonding - toughened, medical grade, high-temperature adhesive

A toughened and thermally resistant, low-viscosity instant adhesive for medical device applications where impact or high-temperature resistance is required.

LOCTITE® 4206 is a clear, toughened and thermally resistant, low-viscosity instant adhesive. It has good impact- peel- and temperature-performance up to 121°C (250°F). LOCTITE 4206 has a fixture time of 40 seconds and is suited for the assembly of metals, rubbers, and plastics, including difficult-to-bond (PP, PE, PTFE) plastics when used with a primer such as LOCTITE SF 770.
