The Leica DISTO X6 P2P PKG includes the DISTO X6 laser distance meter, DST 360-X adapter, TRI 120 tripod, GZM 3 target plate, metaBOX, charger, pouch, hand loop, and documentation. The combination of the DISTO X6 and the Leica DST 360-X Adapter enables P2P Technology, which means distances between any two points or complex areas can be measured from a safe location, even in inaccessible areas. The results can be downloaded as perfectly organized DXF files and further processed in any CAD software. Visualization of the data in the DISTO Plan app is also possible directly on site, allowing you to see immediately if any measurement points are still missing.

The DISTO X6 is a laser distance meter especially suitable for rough construction sites. With an IP65 rating, the extremely robust housing protects against dust and water jets and is drop tested from a height of 2m. The point finder and large, crystal-clear display make the DISTO X6 ideal for outdoor use.

The additional measuring button on the side of the device, as well as high functionality, ensures that every measuring task can be completed quickly and efficiently. The DISTO X6 provides a variety of measurement functions, such as Smart Horizontal Mode, height tracking, profile, or angle measurements, and much more. Measurement results can be downloaded as a report and integrated directly, ensuring an error-free, digital workflow. 

The pressure of pushing the ON/DIST button can cause the laser point to move off your target. At long measurement distances, even a small wobble at the laser emitter causes wide movement of the laser point at the end of the line, potentially ruining a measurement, especially on a small target.

Gesture-activated measurements eliminate the need to touch the DISTO: Carefully place the laser dot or crosshairs of the point finder camera on your target and simply wave a hand in front of the device to briefly interrupt the beam. When the DISTO senses the pulse, it triggers the measurement.

At 250m (820-ft) the range of the DISTO X6 exceeds the ability of the human eye to see the laser point, which makes it hard to take a measurement. Even at sorter distances in bright, outdoor conditions, it can be difficult to see the laser point.

The DISTO X6 provides a solution with its 4x zoom digital point finder. It allows you to place the crosshairs on your measuring point and measure with confidence. 

When paired with the DST 360-X tripod adapter (sold separately), the X6 is capable of capturing point-to-point (P2P) measurements.

No other laser meter can capture the precise tie distance between two points from up to 250 meters away. The DISTO X6 can also link multiple measurements together to capture complex shapes in 2D or 3D for export to CAD.

The multifunctional endpiece folds out from the back of the DISTO and automatically sets the measuring point to either the rear of the DISTO or the tip of the extended endpiece.

This DISTO-exclusive feature ensures that the DISTO is measuring precisely from an outside corner (a very common use case). When fully extended, it is possible to measure from the back of openings as narrow as 2.5mm. Combined with Min/Max mode, there is no better method for determining the precise corner-to-corner measurement of a rough opening when installing windows or doors. 

This DISTO is both smart and tough. The IP65 ingress protection rating means that the device is protected from water and dust so it can deliver reliable measurements for years to come. You can even wash it off with a hose. The DISTO X6 is equipped with a bright, hardened 2.8-inch scratch-resistant touchscreen. Use standard pinch gestures to zoom the point finder camera in or out, swipe through functions menus, and tap to select functions or take a measurement.
