Leica DISTO™ E7400x Laser Distance Meter

The new Leica DISTO™E7400x is designed for demanding jobsite onditions and measuring tasks. Its rubber coated fiber glass reinforced housing is IP65 rated making it dust-tight and water jet protected. Plus, the E7400x is drop tested to heights of 6 feet onto hard surfaces. Thanks to the integrated tilt sensor, indirect distance and height measurements are calculated absolutely and precisely.

The new laser distance meter combines Robustness and Multi-functionality. The sensitive measuring elements are protected by rubber parts and fiberglass bracings. With these design traits, the Leica DISTO E7400x is designed specifically for the harsh work environment.

The integrated tilt sensor of 360° opens a wide range of functionality. Thanks to the  combination of distance and tilt measurements, the horizontal distance can simply and very precisely be determined ? even past obstructions. With the help of the tilt sensor, indirect heights can be measured and calculated automatically.

Robust housing The measuring elements are protected by solid rubber and a fiberglass reinforced housing. Proven in drop tests from up to 6 feet high, the Leica DISTO E7400x is job site ready.	Protection class IP65 The housing and keypad are specially sealed against water and dust. Cleaning under running water is also no problem.
Tilt sensor 360° Thanks to the combination of distance and tilt measurements, you can determine vertical or horizontal distances from remote locations absolutely and precisely – even over obstructions. This is achieved using the 360 degree tilt sensor and built in short cut keys.	Smart Horizontal Mode™ If obstructions prevent you from taking direct distance measurements, you can use the Smart Horizontal Mode™ to determine the horizontal distance simply and absolutely precisely.
