Option 350 is the real-time spectrum analysis (RTSA) option for FieldFox analyzers.
It can be used to visualize a low-level signal in the presence of a high-power transmitter using the spectrum density view and to find an elusive signal quickly using FieldFox’s recording and playback to analyze saved data offline.
The preamplifier option is recommended, as elusive signals often have low power levels. The maximum real-time bandwidth for option 350 is 10 MHz. RTSA includes trace recording and playback capabilities. It does not include a frequency-mask trigger (FMT).
