Keysight offers multiple options for the N6740 DC power module series.

Please note, options are model specific. For example, option 054 for an N6741B and N6742B would be N6741B-054 and N6742B-054.

All 054, 760 and 761 options for the N6740 series are grouped together and can be navigated to from this page. 

Option 054 (High-speed Test Extensions) include output list and digitized measurement capability. This option is separately orderable for Models N673xB, N674xB, N677xA, and N675xA when installed in an N6700 MPS mainframes. All other power modules as well as the N6705 DC Power Analyzer mainframes have output list and digitized measurement capability built in.

With option 760, Output Disconnect/Polarity Reversal Relays, mechanical relays switch the leads on both the plus and the minus side of the power supply, including the sense leads, resulting in a voltage polarity reversal at the DUT. In addition to polarity reversal, option 760 provides the same output disconnect function as option 761. 

With option 761, Output Disconnect Relays, an emergency condition or turning the DC output off causes mechanical relays disconnect both the plus and minus side of the power supply, including the sense leads.
