Keysight offers several frequency options for use with its E4982A LCR meter. The list below provides part numbers and their corresponding frequency ranges.

Please note, these options must be ordered with an instrument (sold separately).

• E4982A-030 - Frequency Option for E4982A (1 MHz to 300 MHz)
• E4982A-050 - Frequency Option for E4982A (1 MHz to 500 MHz)
• E4982A-100 - Frequency Option for E4982A (1 MHz to 1 GHz)
• E4982A-300 - Frequency Option for E4982A (1 MHz to 3 GHz)
