Keysight DSOS000-400 - Memory Upgrade for Infiniium S; 400 / 800 Mpts (4 Ch / 2 Ch)
Keysight offers several memory upgrade options for the Infiniium S oscilloscope series. Standard memory is 100 Mpts (4 channel) / 200 Mpts (2 channel).
Available memory upgrades are as follows:
- DSOS000-200
- 200 / 400 Mpts (4 channel / 2 channel)
- DSOS000-400
- 400 / 800 Mpts (4 channel / 2 channel)
The S-Series offers a Digital Signal Analysis (DSA) option, which can only be installed on new units. It includes the following:
- DSOS001-DSA
- 200 / 400 Mpts memory option (DSOS000-200)
- EZJit Complete (timing jitter and vertical noise only)
- DSA version of EZJIT Complete is not equivalent to D9010JITA and does not include phase noise measurements. No special software support subscription is required.
