Keysight D9010PWRA - Power Supply Test Software; Perpetual License
This item is a perpetual license for the D9010PWRA software package. Support options for this package are listed in the accessories section of this page.
Types of perpetual licenses
There are five variations of perpetual license listed in the menu above - they are as follows:
- Floating
- Networked instruments/computers can access a license from a server one at a time. Multiple licenses may be purchased for concurrent usage
- Single site: 1-mile radius from the server
- Single region: North, Central, and South America, Canada
- Node locked
- License can be used on one specified instrument/computer
- Transportable
- License can be used on one instrument/computer at a time but may be transferred to another using Keysight Software Manager (internet connection required)
- USB Portable
- License can be used on one instrument/computer at a time but can be transferred to another using a certified USB dongle (available for additional purchase, Keysight part number E8900-D10)
D9010PWRA information
Power supply analysis is easy with Keysight’s Infiniium MXR-Series and EXR-Series oscilloscopes with the optional D9010PWRA software. The broad range of automated power supply characterization measurements including critical frequency response measurements such as power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and control loop response (Bode plots). The Infiniium MXR-Series and EXR-Series oscilloscopes also support multi-channel waveform mask testing for detailed analysis of supply system turn-on/turn-off testing of up to 8 power supply lines.
This software is only compatible with the Infiniium MXR-Series and EXR-Series oscilloscopes.
