This item is a perpetual license for the D9010ONFC software package. Support options for this package are listed in the accessories section of this page.

Types of perpetual licenses

There are five variations of the perpetual license listed in the menu above - they are as follows:

• Floating
• Networked instruments/computers can access a license from a server one at a time. Multiple licenses may be purchased for concurrent usage
• Single site: 1-mile radius from the server
• Single region: North, Central, and South America, Canada
• Node locked
• License can be used on one specified instrument/computer
• Transportable
• License can be used on one instrument/computer at a time but may be transferred to another using Keysight Software Manager (internet connection required)
• USB Portable
• License can be used on one instrument/computer at a time but can be transferred to another using a certified USB dongle (available for additional purchase, Keysight part number E8900-D10)

The Keysight D9010ONFC ONFI NVDDR2 and NVDDR3 compliance test application software provide a fast and easy way to test, debug, and characterize ONFI (Open NAND Flash Interface) designs, giving flexibility in the test setup. The ONFI compliance test application uses the same oscilloscope you use for everyday debugging to perform automated testing and margin analysis based on the ONFI4.1 specification. The test application guides the user through the process of selecting and configuring tests, making oscilloscope connections, running tests, and evaluating the test results.

The application automatically configures the oscilloscope for each test and provides informative results. It includes margin analysis indicating how close your device comes to passing or failing the test for each specification. The challenges for R&D engineers validating their ONFI devices are connecting to the target device, configuring the oscilloscope to make the measurements, and analyzing the test results. The ONFI compliance test application automates the specified measures, saving test time and design costs. The ONFI compliance test application software supports the UXR-Series, Infiniium 90000A Series, S-Series, V-Series, and Z-Series oscilloscopes.

Oscilloscope Compatibility

The Keysight D9010ONFC ONFI software is compatible with the Infiniium series oscilloscopes with a version of 6.55 or higher operating software.
