Keysight 16334A - Tweezers Contacts Test Fixture
The Keysight 16334A is a direct attachment, 4-terminal pair type fixture which is equipped with a tweezer type probe for measurement of leadless components such as chip capacitors. The tweezer tips are replaceable. The distance between the tweezer tips is continuously adjustable according to the distance between the DUT terminals. A compensation block is furnished for compensation to minimize the effects of residual impedance and stray admittance.
The Keysight 16334A is designed for impedance evaluations of SMD. The minimum SMD size that this fixture is adapted to evaluate is 1.6mm(L) x 0.8mm(W). The tweezer's contacts on this fixture make it easy to hold the DUT.
