Continuous Particle Monitoring for USP 797 and Modular Clean Room Applications

The Kanomax AES-1000 aerosol monitor is a particle monitoring system that provides continuous, real time monitoring of particulates 0.5 microns and larger for USP 797 and modular clean room applications.

The Kanomax AES-1000 covers the equivalent range of ISO class 5 through ISO class 8. The easy-to-read display consists of ten LED lights that corresponds to the equivalent class. The AES-1000 uses a long life semiconductor laser to detect optical scatter by particles and an integral heater to provide continuous flow by thermal convection to provide a long maintenance free life.

The Kanomax AES-1000 aerosol monitor includes an LED alarm that is activated when readings reach a pre-set limit. A TTL open collector alarm output is also included which is in sync with the alarm display. An Ethernet interface allows monitoring across multiple locations.
