JULABO immersion coolers are primarily employed for countercooling open bath circulators to ambient temperature or below as well as for rapidly cooling liquids. JULABO immersion coolers have a small footprint and represent an economic solution preventing tap water usage for cooling. Ease of operation make this model series the ideal instruments for a variety of cooling applications. The models with integrated temperature control and external Pt100 sensor can hold any desired temperature constant.

We purchased this immersion cooler as a back up to another new immersion cooler from a different manufacturer and vendor. The alternate immersion cooler was received first and immediately put into service. Within 2 days it was discovered that the in-service cooler would not control temperature properly. It cooled maximally, but would not heat to control the temperature at any set point. That same day, the Julabo FT902 was received and put into service. It runs 24/7 and controls perfectly without any problems. A number of immersion coolers from various manufacturers have been used over the past 25 years. Julabo has always been the most reliable.
