JBC Desoldering Equipment/Rework Stations
JBC manufactures a variety of rework equipment with soldering, vacuum and hot air functionality. Stations are available in 1, 2 and 4 channel formats, and are offered in a modular fashion. This enables users to build a system exact suited for their application, picking only the modules needed for their work. These are also available in either 110 or 230 volt – this can be filtered on the side of the page.
Nano series
For users requiring the highest levels of precision, the JBC Nano series is an excellent choice. The Nano is offered in two formats, and uses the C115 series of tips.

Hot air stations
JBC manufactures two excellent hot air stations, the JTSE and the TESE. The TESE is a precision station, designed for work with small and medium size SMDs. The JTSE is a high powered stations for use with all styles of surface mount components. Each station is offered with or without an “extractor desk”. The extractor desk is holding tray containing several different metal shields to protect nearby components, and extractors for removing the chip being worked on.

Two channel rework – DDE station
The DDE is a two channel rework station offered in a variety of packages. It is sold in systems with 2 or 4 tools, as well as complete systems with hot air and vacuum desoldering. The following is a brief overview of each:
