The JBC RMSE-1D is a complete rework system, with soldering, desoldering and hot air functionality. The RMSE-1D includes the DDE two channel control unit, JTSE hot air station, as well as a T245-A iron, DR560-A desoldering iron, and JT-TA hot air iron. This package also has an electric pump, therefore, compressed air is not necessary. For a complete list of included products, please see the tab labeled "What's in the Box".
The JBC DDE-1B is a two channel soldering station. Compatible with a wide variety of tools, the DDE-1B offers a peak power of 150 watts per device, and channels which can be used simultaneously. This station is a JBC Excellence range product, offering benefits such as station customization, full control of soldering processes and remote work management.
The DDE-1B utilizes the JBC exclusive heating system - tip temperature recovers extremely fast, which increases efficiency while lowering temperatures. JBC heating system principles
This innovative technology allows a reduction of the temperature by at least 50ºC. Lowering the temperature reduces the risk of damaging components and improves the quality of soldering and desoldering.
The DDE-1B is very versatile, and can be used with a wide variety of tools. Please note, certain instruments, such as desoldering irons and solder feeders, will require additional modules to operate.
The JBC JTSE-1A is a high powered hot air station for repairing all types of SMDs quickly and safely, including the biggest QFPs and PLCCs. Profiles mode There are two work modes to choose from - manual and profile. In manual mode, the operator can set temperature values and air flow rate depending on the task. In profile model, the operator can set up and edit as many as 25 profiles for temperature and airflow. Manual mode In manual mode the operator can set temperature values and air flow rate depending on the task. Profile mode In this mode the operator can set up or edit as many as 25 profiles of temperature and air flow.
Users can read the temperature at a specific point on the PCB with the control thermocouple. This helps protect components or a specific area on the PCB, and provides greater precision when regulating the temperature. There are two work modes available for use with the control thermocouple: Regulation: the station regulates the air temperature automatically to maintain the External Thermocouple (TC) temperature. Protection: the station cuts the air supply off when the External Thermocouple (TC) temperature is reached.
The JBC JTSE-1A comes with a complete extractor desk, containing tripods, protectors and extractors. This enables users to quickly desolder, while simultaneously protecting adjacent components by concentrating heat on the selected area.

There's a good reason why JBC equipment sets the standard for professional rework and soldering stations.Ever had to pause and wait for your iron to beep telling you it's finally at soldering temperature? At a normal working pace the time a DDE handpiece that's just been removed from the stand reaches the cleaning method to remove the tinning the iron will be at temperature. The 2 second heat up time is not marketing fluff. The fast response and power output makes it possible to solder at lower temperatures than possible with other irons. That translates to longer tip lives and less chance of thermal damage to parts. The interface is intuitive and very easy to understand unlike Hakko who apparently hired the people that designed the interfaces for 1980s clocks, and VCR programming. The hot air station is the one people want or reach for when others fail to do the job. It's like calling in the Hulk if he had the precision to microsolder 01005 parts. It's not cheap, but I have zero regrets. You can get by with less expensive tools, but how much is your time worth? The equipment makes short work of tasks that would be frustrating and tedious with lower end gear.
