Hot Air Station without Extractor Desk (230 VOLT VERSION)

The JBC JTSE-2QB is a hot air station for repairing all types of SMDs quickly and safely, including the biggest QFPs and PLCCs. Please note, that this model does not include the extractor desk.

Profiles Mode

There are two work modes to choose from - manual and profile. In manual mode, the operator can set temperature values and airflow rate depending on the task. In the profile model, the operator can set up and edit as many as 25 profiles for temperature and airflow.

Control Thermocouple

Users can read the temperature at a specific point on the PCB with the control thermocouple. This helps protect components or a specific area on the PCB and provides greater precision when regulating the temperature.

There are two work modes available for use with the control thermocouple:

Regulation: The station regulates the air temperature automatically to maintain the External Thermocouple (TC) temperature.

Protection: The station cuts the air supply off when the External Thermocouple (TC) temperature is reached.

Auto-Stop Function

The auto-stop function is a safety measure that guarantees the heat is automatically cut off when the tool is in the stand. This also means you save power and extend the life of the tip. There is also an auto-start feature. When selected, the tool automatically heats up when lifted from the stand.
