The JBC JNASE is a hot air station designed for precision work in extremely tight spaces. The JNASE is ideal for reworking surface mount components as small as 01005 without disturbing adjacent areas on the PCB. This ergonomic station is also easily used under a microscope. The JNASE enables the regulation of both airflow and temperature at very low levels to avoid expulsion or movement of any nearby components. Nozzle: JBC J125010 - 1.0mm Cartridge The station also includes a pedal activated Pick and Place to easily position and move components with high precision. JNASE Work Screen The JNASE offers an intuitive user interface which provides quick access to station parameters.
Profile mode In this mode you can set up or edit as many as 25 profiles of temperature and air flow. This enables you to customize the JNASE's performance to your specific application.
Graphics mode By pressing Graphics in the main MENU, temperature and power figures in real time are displayed. This helps you decide which tip to use to obtain the best quality solder joints.
