Soldering Station with Battery Powered/Rechargeable Iron (Part# BIS-5A)

The JBC B-IRON 500 STATION includes a battery powered/rechargeable soldering iron (B-IRON 500 TOOL / B500-A), able to perform up to 500 SMD soldering joints per charge. The iron automatically beings to charge when returned to the base station and is fully powered in only 60 minutes.

Battery powered system

Charging your B-IRON is effortless thanks to its charger integrated in the stand, which fully charges the tool while resting in Hibernation Mode, preventing tip oxidation.

Safety cap

The tool has a power safe mode that is activated by the use of the cap.

If B-IRON remains idle for more than an hour, it shuts off automatically and can only be turned on again by placing it on the charging tool holder.

Improve and optimize your soldering quality

By using the B-IRON app, you can configure and control the system. Alternatively, use your own device. You can download the app from the App Store and Google Play.

Cartridge exchange and holder

The Quick Cartridge Exchanger System avoids damage of the tips and allows you to have the cartridges ready for exchange.
