Ideal Quick Change Step Drill Bit Available From 1/8 to 1-1/8 Inches Diameter
The Ideal Quick Change Step Bits are available as single bits in various diameters or in the quick-change step bit kit that includes three quick-change step bits. Ideal’s step drill bits provide precise repetitive drilling through the toughest materials including brass, carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel and more. Each step is gradually blended to ease stepping through hole sizes. The split-point tip design offers a quick start with minimal vibration. The bits are made of high-speed tool steel, the most durable steel available for cutting tools, and are double-tempered for superior tip life.
The quick-change step drill bit diameter sizes range from 1/8 to 1-1/8 inches. The quick-change bits feature a 1/4-inch diameter quick-change shank that can be used in standard 3-jaw chucks, impact drivers and quick-change drill chucks. Please see the table below for more information.
