Hot-wire stripper does the job

It was easy to put together out of the box and worked right away. It will easily strip PVC and other insulation without damaging the wire. You need to twist the wire or handpiece to strip and it would be nice if that wasn't necessary, but its heat is adjustable and it does the job nicely.

Prevents wire nicks
We have been using this model in production for 6 months. Easily deals with teflon insulation and prevents weakening of wires by eliminating gouging or nicking with standard wire strippers.I had read reviews that the blades wear quickly, but we have not experienced that.
