The best $10.76 I have spent this year. Not sure where this stuff was back in the 80s. I destroyed quite a few tips in my time with a file, or anything else at hand to remove the oxidation - haha tips are cheap. After using this paste on a few older tips - and seeing the results - I can only imagine the amount of $ I could have saved. It works!!!

Great stuff
I had two tips I had given up for dead. Luckily I saved them. Used this stuff to clean them and like magic, they were usable again. Definitely worth the money. Comes in a little bitty container so there isn't much, but definitely worth the cost.

Hakko Solder Iron Cleaning Paste
Fastest way to clean solder iron tips. I have given up on a few "charred" tips but have not thrown them away. After dipping the hot iron tips in this paste, they're like brand new.I highly recommend it.
