good tip for removing smd passives
there is a slight bit of play left to right when using tweezers that keep points from aligning perfectly but these tips are very good for removing smd passives. hakko control must be calibrated and i have to use high heat setting but works.

These tips worked well to remove small 0805 and smaller parts. Since the ends are rounded, I needed to use tweezers to apply additional force to the part for removal.
