THT500H is the new professional thermal camera equipped with a high-resolution 160x120pxl IR sensor and a specific measuring range for high temperatures -20 ° C to 1200 ° C which makes it suitable for both industrial and manufacturing use. It features a 17.3° x 13° field of view, producing high-resolution thermal images and videos, as well as enabling AutoFusion and Picture in Picture functions. It also has an ergonomic strap and an integrated laser distance meter, which allows you to measure the distance to the subject under analysis. The thermal camera is equipped with a modern internal icon structure and a high-brightness capacitive touch-screen display. Thanks to the Wi-Fi connection it is possible to download the thermograms on your mobile device and through the new and convenient HT Pro Camera application you can create PDF reports and share them quickly.

Features emissivity, reflected temperature, ambient temperature, atmospheric humidity, infrared compensation, and distance compensation measurement corrections. Color palettes include iron, rainbow, white hot, black hot, brown hot, blue/red, hot/cold, feather, above max alarm, below min alarm, and interval alarm. Features automatic, manual, and histogram span modes. Internal memory storage of 3.4 GB with expansion via included micro SD card for pictures, video, text notes, and voice notes with on-camera report building.  

In manufacturing, quality control ensures customers receive defect-free products meeting their needs. High-temperature industrial processes such as welding would require a constant temperature checking of the workpieces, as possible micro-cracks would not be visible to the naked eye.
