Fluke. Used to be the US-built standard in multimeters, but is now made in China. That forced me to Gossen, a world-class Made-in-Germany multimeter that is now second to nothing. This probe is a perfect accessory. 600 degrees C, 1472 degrees F. That'll take care of anything in the oven, on the grid, or (most things) in the forge. Superior craftsmanship, spot-on accurate. Costly, but worth every penny.
