The Model PB-83 is a partially assembled Proto-Board with only a few parts that need to be assembled to the Aluminum back plate. The Color-Coded Breadboard is already assembled to the back plate, which only leaves the three binding posts and rubber feet to be added in order to make the PB-83 ready for your circuit designs.

The PB-83 offers 830 Tie Points which allow for multiple component insertions, including space available for six 14 pin IC's and 2 Bus Strips to power-up the Breadboard to confirm your designed circuit is operating properly.

The PB-83 offers vinyl backing on the Breadboard to prevent shorting to the Aluminum back plate, conductive spring clips inside the Breadboard body to grab component leads and connecting wires, up to AWG # 22-30, securely. This special feature allows parts to be plugged-in and pulled-out quickly and without the need for soldering or the damage that may occur to the components and IC's because of it.
