A Very Disappointing Product

I have purchased this item for some research on robotic arms, Upon receiving the item the keypad had some key broken.
After connecting the arm to the computer and following the instruction manual and after a bit managed to get it started; the gripper servo died! yes! the gripper stopped working after the first run!
The rest of the servos worked ok for a couple of minutes using the keyboard and suddenly the servo would start rotating and could not be stopped until the arm power was turned off.
This is one of the worst products ever and i do not recommend it for serious use, a hobby or even a toy!
Now i am stuck with a faulty devise and shipping it back will cost a lot.. so wish me luck will try and fix in house!
