Solar LED Blinking Light Kit
This is a blinking light circuit powered by the energy of the sun. Utilizing a solar panel to convert the suns energy, two LED's will alternatively blink and the blinking speed may be adjusted. Easy to assemble. This kit may be assembled without soldering on any Global Specialties trainer or breadboard (not included), or by soldering to the included PCB.
