Fluke pressure comparator adapter review

To be fair this review will cover three aspects of my purchase. The first is the ease of finding the adapter that I needed for the pressure comparator P5540. The website search engine was not as intuitive and I had to conduct my search several ways before I decided to search for the comparator instead and then look for associated equipment. Due to this issue of difficulty, I would give that aspect 3 stars. Second was the customer service when placing the order. The agent was pleasant and strived to be helpful but since my comparator was discontinued they had difficulty finding the adapter parts as well in their system. This slowed up the ordering process but I still give it 4 stars based on the agent interaction being professional. Lastly, I will give 5 stars to product quality and delivery time. Both are outstanding and it works perfectly for my intentions on my pressure comparator stand. The only improvement besides these points and I did not evaluate was that I would like to be able to purchase individual adapters instead of the kit. Making an order for one adapter is all I really needed to replace the one I lost from my inventory.
