Quality: Zippers are nice feeling and smooth. Cloth is not too thin and feels well stitched. The padding was not as thick as I expected, so if this was in a tough environment (tossed in the van or truck toolbox, carried around the shop all day, etc), I would be a little cautious about the meter being dropped or banged around by tools.
Features: The inside pocket is helpful; I used it to store the manual and calibration card for my equipment. The case is pretty large (oversized for my meter) but I would not have any issue fitting a typical meter and a few accessories inside without having to smash everything in there.
Overall a decent quality case that can hold a wide array of meters plus accessories.

This is good bag, but not perfect. Ideally it should have a bit more padding. Also, the section that holds the leads should be closed on the bottom end. As it is, small objects (like alligator clips) slip down to the bottom of the main part of the bag and could scratch the meter.

The fabric on the inside of this case is pretty cheap and will easily fray due to the test of time.
Foam padding could have been better as well, it'll do the job only up to a certain point. Say you had your meter on your bench, and you bumped it onto your hardwood, concrete, or tile floor, it would probably be okay. But if you were, say an electrician, and you dropped this from a ladder onto the hard floor, your meter will probably be damaged in some way or form.
Overall, it's a cheaply made case that sells for more than what it is and it has a, "Made in China," tag on the inside to prove it.

The padding would still help to keep the pointy, jutting parts inside from poking too much. There is a pocked inside, but is more of a divider than a pocket; probably to allow the test leads to be left plugged into the meter so that you can use the meter from the bag. Double zippers along the top for easy opening, and a loop at the top that you could thread a belt through to hang by your waist.

The quality of construction is good. However, at the price of
a quality Fluke, I am using a hard case for the meter's storage.
