The Fieldpiece SRS2C Wireless Refrigerant Scale is the only scale of its kind. The SRS2C delivers accurate measurements in a heavy-duty design and eliminates clumsy wires which normally connect the display and scale platform. The SRS2C features a wireless remote with bright blue backlight and a flip-up magnetic ‘hat’ for easy reading. The heavy-duty platform is constructed of solid aluminum with rugged rubber bumpers, with a recessed tank cradle and diamond plate pad to hold refrigerant cylinders firmly. The SRS2C features push button zeroing (tare) and syncing between the remote and the platform and has a 33-foot range. The SRS2C is the first wireless refrigerant scale and was designed specifically for the rigors of HVACR field service. The remote’s ergonomic design fits naturally in your hand, and the ruggedized construction stands up to abuse most other scales can't handle. A long battery life (80 hours for the remote, 100 hours for the platform), along with standby modes that re-sync without losing your readings, allow you to weigh in and recover refrigerant without worry. In addition, the magnetic hat on the remote allows you to work with both hands free while keeping the display visible. You can even weigh in a charge while doing other maintenance or repairs, as you don’t have to baby sit the scale - simply take the remote with you up to 33 feet away. That is especially handy when you’re working on a contract with multiple units.

No, this unit does not come with a NIST calibration certificate. It does come with a certificate of conformity, as it is factory calibrated.

Great Product
5.0
I'd like to say I bought this bc I'm in hvac school so I was already familiar with the product. I love mine as well. It seems to always be accurate although over the long haul I am not sure how well it will hold up yet. My teacher said he has had his for several years without any issues so that says enough for me. It appears to be well built and is not really heavy considering the durable feel it has.

Great tool
This scale is a great tool to have as an HVAC tech. No wires, pretty thin while in its case and very accurate. Wish it were a little cheaper but it's probably worth the price tag. I'd definitely buy it again.
