Extremely long frustrating process
2.0
The entire process to repair the FLIR camera was frustrating and took about 10 months. We had to work with 2 different contact points, one of them being TE, and we had to field the messages back and forth even though both contact points were in the same email chain. Instructions as to who to send payment to was unclear since we received quotes from multiple parties, and had to amend the PO multiple times because it turned out a different contact point had to be paid instead of the one that issued the quote. Once the camera got into the hands of the repair facility, it was a smooth process, but until that point, the process could very well be improved.
