Differential Thermometer Datalogger and IR Thermometer is perfectly designed for taking differential temperature readings. Equipped with dual Type K thermocouple probes as well as an IR thermometer probe, the Extech HD200 is capable of taking non-contact surface temperature measurements, which is particularly appreciated in situations where getting too close would put the user at risk. Offering an almost incredible capacity to measure temperatures of up to 550 degrees Celsius (1022 degrees Fahrenheit) with its IR probe, the Extech HD200 Differential Thermometer Datalogger and IR Thermometer's Type K bead wire temperature probes are capable of measuring temperatures between -20 to 250 degrees Celsius (-4 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit).
In addition, the Extech HD200 is capable of logging as many as 18,000 readings on each channel, with the capacity for displaying readings [T1, T2, T3(IR)] or [T1 - T2] or [T2 - T3]. The differential T1 - T2 display is particularly effective for HVAC or Superheat measurements. The Extech HD200 is built to last, with a heavy duty double molded housing, and it is built for reliable service over time as well, with Max / Min / Avg and Data Hold functions as well as a user selectable 1° or 0.1° resolution. This thermometer comes complete with a pair of Type K bead wire temperature probes, Windows compatible software with a USB cable, and a 9 Volt battery, all neatly contained in a hard sided carry case for easy transport and storage.
