Additional Features
The four-digit 4,000 count backlit dual display is large and easy to read. The DMM measures current, voltage, resistance, and surface temperature. Customers who need to measure minute current readings can take advantage of low current resolution down to 0.1 μA. The Extech EX230 permits the user to select auto- or manual-ranging and provides continuity and diode testing. Data functions include a Relative Mode, Maximum Reading and a Display Hold function to freeze a reading on the display. In addition to the IR and Type K Temperature functions, the meter also measures Resistance (to 40M Ω), Capacitance, Frequency, and Duty Cycle.
