RPM controller / monitor offers measurement and control for rotational speeds from 10 to 99,999 RPM or linear speeds from 0.2 to 32,805 ft/min (0.05 to 9,999 m/min) all within an accuracy of ±0.1% + 1 digit. With built-in control and alarm relays and user-settable high / low alarm limits, the Extech 461960 RPM controller / monitor offers precision control for a number of applications.

The Extech 461960 RPM controller / monitor features a large 0.5" (13mm), 4-digit LED display, and tactile keypad for easy programming. The hysteresis value setting for both control and alarm functions is clearly shown. Users can set the pulse per rotation value.

The Extech 461960 RPM controller / monitor is compatible with either of two sensor pickup types: a proximity sensor designed for target distance of 0.1" (3mm) and covering a range to 36,000 RPM (600Hz); or a photoelectric sensor with a target distance of 0.4" (10mm) and a range to 15,000 RPM (250Hz). Both sensors are encapsulated and come with a 6' cable. They are available as accessories for the Extech 461960 RPM controller / monitor.

The Extech 461960 RPM controller / monitor comes complete a RS-232 interface (software is optional) and bracket for mounting in 1/8 DIN panel cutout.

This RPM Controller/Monitor displays readings in RPM (10 to 99,999rpm), m/min (0.05 to 9999 m/min) and ft/min (0.2 to 32805 ft/min). Measurements are displayed on the large 0.5 inch 4-digit LED.

Additional Features
