The Extech 42265 is the perfect solution for calculating and analyzing temperatures at regular intervals. Combining together an easy solution for calculating temperatures and a docking station for interacting with stored data, the Extech 42265 is a versatile tool that makes testing temperature an absolute breeze.

The testing device itself is designed with hands-free technology, allowing you to simply program the device, clip it onto/in the area you want to get temperature readings from and then leave it to it.  You can program the Extech 42265 to calculate temperature whenever you need it to – so if you want tests done every few seconds or every few hours, the 42265 is able to do this. It’ll then store the reading it calculates up to a total of 8000 times on the devices’ in-built memory, allowing you to then download the data using the docking station and interacting with the supplied software on a PC.

If you’re worried about the device becoming damaged by water when analyzing temperatures in colder areas like freezers, the Extech 42265 is also completely waterproof and can also operate in temperatures from 40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C)

Perhaps most impressive about the Extech 42265 is the fact that the device can test for almost an entire year without being recharged, allowing you to simply leave the device to test away without worrying about it suddenly cutting out.
