Enerpac FF120 is a mechanical flange facing tool that features lightweight and portable that easily transported to remote locations for increased productivity and refacing made easy that hand-operated machine tool can be set up anywhere without the need for air, electric or hydraulic power support. The cutting range is adjustable for flange diameters between 1-12 inches [25, 4-304, 8mm], interchangeable collets for ID mounting range from 1-6 inches allowing the user to work on many different flanges with minimal time between set-ups, and interchangeable lead screws suitable for refacing damaged raised-face (RF) or flat-face (FF) joint flanges. Tool body with expanding collets centers itself providing real concentric operation and accessory kit FF120FSF is included as standard and provides a fine thread feed screw, 1/2" - 20 UNF, and delivers a Ra of: 60-100 μin (3,2 - 6,3).
