Elspec G4430 Power Quality Analyzers (1024 Max Samples/Cycle, 511th Harmonics, 16GB Storage)
A comprehensive energy management and power monitoring program is the key to success for any energy provider/consumer, regardless of their size. The Elspec BlackBox G4400 series is equipped with the PQZIP patent algorithm for continuous waveform recording. It enables the user to predict, prevent and troubleshoot an incidence easily, without the need to set any trigger or threshold in order to capture specific events.
The PQZIP allows the G4400 Series to continuously record and store all electrical waveforms for extended periods with no gaps in the data. The Elspec measurement method uses a dual-range gain of 2 X 16 bit ADC yield, for superior accuracy, far surpassing IEC61000-4-30 Class A requirements. The G4400 Series features a threshold-free setup and is equipped with standard industrial protocols (Modbus TCP/IP and RTU; DNP 3; OPC) for seamless integration into any SCADA system. It provides PQ parameters according to EN50160, IEC61000-4-30/15/7, and other national standards, and the data may be analyzed over any network at any remote location.
The G4400 power quality analyzer measures and records 5,000 power parameters continuously at a resolution of 1/2 cycles, 10/12 cycles, 150/180 cycles, 10 min and 2 hours of which, any given resolution is calculated for display and reporting purposes.
The G4400 Series uses a special continuous synchronization algorithm to ensure accurate time stamping of up to 1μsec using SNTP, GPS, IRIG-B and DCF-77. Each G4400 Series meter acts as a SNTP server, each meter on the network is synchronized to each other over LAN, allowing for accurate time stamping, without the need of a GPS.
