GE Druck PV212 - Hydraulic Hand Pump

GE's PV 212 hydraulic hand pump is lightweight, easy to use and generates pressure up to 1000 bar (15,000 psi). It is an ideal tool for calibrating pressure transmitters, pressure transducers, pressure switches and pressure gauges.

PV 212 can be used as a portable pressure comparator in conjunction with various pressure indicating devices. It offers adjustable overpressure protection, fine control and a unique priming/high pressure selector switch.

The PV212 is a high quality hand pump designed to quickly and easily generate hydraulic pressures. The materials of construction make it compatible with most fluid media and an optional seal kit can be supplied for many aggressive applications. The built-in vernier provides excellent control and is easy to adjust even at high pressures.

The dual stage pump includes a selector valve which increases the priming speed and greatly reduces the effort required to generate high pressures. An optional pressure relief valve can be supplied to provide protection to connected instruments.

  The minimum and maximum pressure values can be displayed on the DPI 104-IS. This function can be enabled/disabled, and reset by the user.
• Switch Test
  The GE Druck DPI 104-IS features a switch test function that will capture and display the open and closed values from an external pressure switch. Maximum switch impedance 200 Ω.
• Alarm Output
  The alarm output consists of an open drain field effect transistor (maximum current 22 mA, maximum voltage 16.9 VDC)
• Adjustable Mounting Positions
  For added convenience, the GE Druck DPI/104-IS housing will rotate 320° around the pressure fitting and the faceplate can be rotated in any orientation for optimum visibility.
