Desco Wescorp Anti-Static, High Temperature Masking Tape
Desco’s Wescorp anti-static, high-temperature masking tape is wound on a paper core and available in several widths. This product is commonly used in applications masking PCB gold features for wave soldering.
It features a low charging crepe paper (7.0mils thick) with high tack rubber adhesive. While this tape does tribocharge, it has minimal retention making it safe to use around most ESD sensitive items. Please note, all tapes will generate some amount of triboelectric charge when unwound from the roll. If you require less voltage than 50 volts, a grounded tape dispenser or ionization is recommended when unrolling the tape.
