The Comet W3810 is a temperature and humidity transmitter with built-in internal temperature and humidity sensor. The sensor can be used with a suitable sensor cap (sold separately) for use in more demanding conditions. The measured values are sent in adjustable intervals from 10 minutes to 24 hours by radio transmission in the Sigfox Network to the Comet Cloud, from which the user can view them using a PC or mobile device.

The instrument can monitor up to two alarm limits of the measured variable. Exceeding of these limits is indicated by emergency message. Comet Cloud transmits the alarm message via e-mail to the selected user. Please note, this device is only suitable for applications that can tolerate the delay of information delivered by Sigfox (up to 10 minutes). 

Please check your Sigfox Network availability before purchasing this device. Comet devices in the Sigfox Network can be used anywhere in the RC1 zone. Sigfox 0G Network is a global coverage network, operating in unlicensed bands worldwide, with radio frequencies ranging from 862 to 928 MHz. Using unlicensed bands enable devices to send their data to the cloud while using little power, at very low cost. However, due to local regulations, laws or other operating constraints, the network configuration can differ from one country to the other. Global operations are currently split into seven geographical zones: from RC1 to RC7. More can come as the network adds new countries.

Comet Cloud is the internet storage of data measured by Comet sensors. Data is accessible on the internet and displayed in an internet browser. Every user has the access to their Comet Cloud account protected by password. Comet Cloud enables you to add sensors, creates organizational structures such as sensor groups and user groups. The different rights can be set up for displaying and administration for each user.
