This specially made Sous Vide Foam Tape is designed for use with all types of temperature probes and vacuum pouches.

Simply stick a length of the foam tape onto your vacuum pouch to ensure that the vacuum pressure within the pouch is not lost when piercing it with a thermometer probe. For optimum results, we would recommend the use of a Thin Tip Probe, such as the PK15M MicroTip Penetration Probe.

This Sous Vide Foam Tape comes in lengths of 1 meter long, 20mm wide, and 4mm thick, from which you can cut the exact size required.

This product is also FDA approved and it uses a food-safe adhesive.
