The KM28/P8 Food Thermometer Kit comprises a KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer (Type K) fitted with a CRS/5 Protective Boot, as well as a PK19M Thin Tip Penetration Probe, SK42M Surface Probe, ATT29 Oven, and Air Probe, and an AC415 Soft Carry Case.

The KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer (Type K) is an accurate, hard-wearing instrument with a large temperature range, ideal for industrial food manufacture or commercial kitchen setting. It is supplied with a CRS/5 Protective Rubber Boot.

The PK19M Thin Tip Penetration Probe is a Type K Thermocouple probe, fitted with a 1m curly cable. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross-contamination.

The SK42M Surface Probe is fitted with a 45° crankshaft and has a Type K Thermocouple sensor and a 2-Pin Sub-Miniature connector, fitted with a 1m curly cable.

The ATT29 Oven and Air Probe allows you to measure oven and air temperatures. The Probe has a Type K Thermocouple for use with various Comark thermometers.

The AC415 Soft Carry Case is designed for the KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer and is of durable construction with an integrated carry strap.
