The KM28/50 Food Thermometer Kit comprises a KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer (Type K) fitted with a CRS/5 Protective Boot, as well as an ATT50 Heavy Duty Probe.

The KM28B Thermocouple Food Thermometer (Type K) is an accurate, hard-wearing instrument with a large temperature range, ideal for industrial food manufacture or commercial kitchen setting. It is supplied with a CRS/5 Protective Rubber Boot.

The ATT50 Heavy Duty Probe is a penetration probe, with a Type K Thermocouple for use with a range of Comark Food Thermometers.
