The Comark C42/P7 is a General Purpose Food Thermometer Kit that comprises a C42F Food Thermometer as well as a PT24L/W Food Penetration Probe, an ST22L/W Surface Probe, and Medium Size Carry Case.

The PT24L/W Food Penetration Probe provided in this Kit is a general-purpose fast response probe that is suitable for food temperature (and other temperature measurements) over the critical food range of -4°F to 167°F (-20°C to +75°C) but, with its ability to measure down to -148 to +482°F (-100 to +250°C) it’s a very useful probe for any other application requiring that temperature range.

Coupled with the C42F Type T Food Thermometer it will provide an accuracy of ±0.9°F (±0.5°C) from 32°F to 158°F (0°C to 70°C).
