Decent X100 Probe!

I thought these probes might be ideal for use on high vacuum tube circuit troubleshooting, and indeed they have worked out well! Of course, X10 probes still are best for all-around use below 200 or 300 Volts, so I don't use the CT2707's every day. I am pleased with the quality and full accessory kit, and also TEquipment has the best price and service!

I mainly deal with audio frequencies as they apply to guitar/bass tube-amp voltages, so I can only speak for their performance in that respect.
They calibrated well with my DS1054Z and have been fun to use while diagnosing tube amps!

CT2707 High Voltage Oscilloscope Probe

This is a high quality X100 250 MHz probe. You will need one to make safe measurements of voltages that are too high for standard X10 probes. The probe comes in a heavy duty plastic pouch with an instruction sheet and useful accessories. Be sure to observe the Voltage Derating Curve in the instruction sheet because it rolls off steeply above 30 kHz. While the probe will respond to 250 MHz, its voltage rating at that frequency is close to zero. At DC and AC line frequencies it can handle 1 kV easily.
